These terms and conditions govern your American TV & Appliance of Madison, Inc. ("American") Rewards Card (not standard gift cards). American's Rewards Card Program may be modified at any time by American in its sole discretion.
1. Rewards Cards are redeemable only by purchasing merchandise at an American store. Customer is responsible for all applicable sales tax. Rewards cards do not apply to internet sales.
2. Your Rewards Card is valid only through the expiration date stated on the Rewards Card. Your Rewards Card is not refundable, re-saleable, replaceable, or transferable for cash, credit, or other consideration under any circumstances, and it is void if transferred from the original recipient.
3. Your Rewards Card must be surrendered when you redeem it, and no photocopies or other reproduction will be honored. Damaged or modified Rewards Cards will not be honored, and American is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or mutilated cards.
4. Your Rewards Card has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or its equivalent, and any unused portion will have no value and will not be refunded as cash.
5. If your Rewards Card is issued as a result of and in conjunction with the purchase of product(s) ("Purchased Products"), you will forfeit such Rewards Card if you receive any refund from American of all or any portion of the purchase price of any of the Purchased Products. For example, if you purchase a product for $200 and receive a $25 Rewards Card, you will forfeit the Rewards Card if you return the product to American. If you have redeemed a Rewards Card before you return a Purchased Product and later return the Purchased Product, the amount of such redemption will be deducted from any cash refund to which you may otherwise be entitled for the Purchased Product.
6. If you purchase a product using a Rewards Card and later are entitled to a cash refund for such products, for example, if you return any such product(s), the amount of such redemption will be deducted from any such cash refund.
7. Your Rewards Card may not be combined with any other offer or discount and may not be applied to any previous purchase.
8. Use of any Rewards Card is subject to any additional restrictions listed on the Rewards Card or on any materials issued in conjunction with any Rewards Card.
9. Your Rewards Card is void if taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.
