Things to Know

You’ll still have access to your YouTube TV account until the end of your current billing cycle, whether it’s days or weeks from today. You’ll be able to access your library of recorded shows or films for 21 days after the date you cancel.

YouTube TV doesn’t charge a cancellation fee or penalty. You can pause or cancel anytime.

If you've taken the time to properly cancel your account but still see a charge on your payment method for the next billing period, it's possible that you have two accounts instead of one. In such a case, you'll need to cancel both accounts. This situation can occur if another member of your household, who has access to your payment method, sets up a separate YouTube TV account, or it can happen for a different reason.

If you're unable to locate the login credentials for a second account in order to log in and follow the steps mentioned above to cancel it, please contact YouTube TV Customer Support within the app. You can do this by clicking the question mark icon in the upper right corner at any time. Inform them that you have already canceled one account but are still experiencing a charge, and request their assistance.
