An internet speed of 2 Gig is undoubtedly great for gaming but it could be more than you need. You decide: For 1-2 light gamers you would need 50 Mbps of speed. For 3-5 gamers you’ll require up to 250 Mbps of speed. For 5 or more heavy gamers you will want 1 GB of speed. Having a connection with speeds up to 2 GB, if the plan price is right, would facilitate more gamers playing at once and give you a nice cushion. Just make sure your Wi-fi is enabled for a 2-Gig connection.
