Yes, but the pole mounting equipment will have to be purchased separately.
Other satellite internet companies, such as Viasat, offer professional installation service to their customers, but with Starlink you must install it yourself. When you place an order for Starlink satellite internet, you will likely be put on a waiting list. When your time comes, and Starlink is ready to provide you with internet service, you will be shipped a self-installation kit. This kit includes a small base that you can put your satellite dish on, but it is only for ground level installation. So, if you need to pole mount it, or mount it on your roof, you’ll need additional equipment to do so and you’ll have to purchase it separately from Starlink. Starlink does provide an app you can download to assist with the installation process, but if you need more help than that installing it, you’ll have to find it yourself.
There are plenty of reasons why you might not want to install it yourself, but your options might be limited. It may be possible to hire a roofing or installation specialist to install your Starlink satellite dish, but if you live in a remote area, it may be difficult to find help. In that case, it may be better to investigate other internet service providers that can provide professional installation of your equipment. Then you can be sure that you get the best signal possible so that you can have a strong reliable connection to the internet.
