Russellville Electric Plant Board (REPB) was founded in 1939 and is the second-largest municipally-owned electric utility in the state of Kentucky. REPB has provided reliable electric service to its customers in Russellville and Logan County for over 80 years.
REPB provides electric service to approximately 10,400 residential and commercial customers in a 214 square mile service area in Russellville and northern Logan County.
