Irvine Community Television (ICT) was founded in 1996 and is the City of Irvine’s very own municipal internet provider. They provide telecommunication, internet, and television services to the local community.
Their coverage area primarily serves residents living in Irvine and the surrounding areas and they are the only full-service local network provider in Orange County.
