Flat Rock Telephone, Co-Op (FRTC) was founded in 1912 in Rush County, Indiana as a not-for-profit mutual telephone cooperative. It has since grown to become a broadband and telephone provider, offering its services throughout much of Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
The company's mission is to provide reliable telecommunications services to its members at reasonable rates, while at the same time supporting its local communities through jobs, patronage distributions, taxes, and charitable donations.
FRTC offers a wide range of services, including voice (landline) telephone service, digital cable television, high-speed Internet, fiber-optic services, and security & home automation. Their residential service plans are bundled with packages featuring varying levels of speed, data allowance, telephone features, and digital television.
