RidgeComm was founded in January 2003 and is a regional internet service provider headquartered in Buffalo, New York. They provide a number of different services such as voice over IP (VoIP) telephone, high speed broadband internet access, and wireless hotspot connectivity. Their coverage area includes most of Western New York, parts of Northern Pennsylvania and parts of Southern Ontario.
RidgeComm's operations are reliable and their customer service is excellent. They offer high speed internet packages with speeds up to 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. They also provide their own VoIP phone package, offering a pay-as-you-go service with no additional setup or monthly fees.
RidgeComm currently offers several different plans including Residential, Commercial and Metro Ethernet. These plans range from 10Mbps to 100 Mbps download speeds and all plans include unlimited data. There are also no contracts or hidden fees with any of their plans.
