NBA on NBC Highlights Factory: How to Watch Nightly NBA Highlights on NBC Sports NOW
By American TV editorial team |
NBA on NBC Highlights Factory is a nightly highlights show on NBC Sports NOW, the free 24/7 streaming channel from NBC Sports. It rolls up the biggest plays from around the league each weeknight, so you can catch up after the NBA on Peacock games are done.
It pairs well with Peacock's in-game extras like Performance View, Action Cams and Scorecard. For full games and team channels, see our NBA on DIRECTV guide.
What Highlights Factory is
NBC Sports said the NBA version would launch in October 2026, joining Big Ten Football and Premier League Highlights Factory shows on the channel. Listings include half-hour editions and repeats. Do not assume an episode is live or that it follows a particular game.
When it airs
Search the current guide for NBA on NBC Highlights Factory. Times and repeat slots vary; we have not confirmed a fixed daily start time. Check the date and time zone on the listing before planning around an episode.

NBC Sports NOW is not a live feed of NBC itself. To watch the actual NBA games on NBC, use your local NBC station or Peacock.
Use NBC Sports NOW’s official viewing guide for platform availability. On DIRECTV, search by channel name; we have not confirmed a channel number or availability across all delivery methods. If it is absent from your guide, try a supported streaming platform above.
Why it matters for NBA fans
For full games, check the specific NBA listing: Peacock NBA Monday is streaming exclusive, Tuesday NBC availability depends on your market, and Sunday Night Basketball arrives later in the season. A highlights program is a useful catch-up option, but does not replace a live-game subscription.
