What channel are World Series Games 4 and 5 on DIRECTV?
Both games are on FOX, so you'll find them on your local FOX station. The channel number depends on your market, so press GUIDE and search "World Series," or look up what channel FOX is in your area. DIRECTV includes local channels in its core packages wherever it offers locals at your address, and our guide to streaming local channels covers other options.
For the Spanish-language broadcast, tune to FOX Deportes on channel 465. Our FOX Deportes on DIRECTV guide explains which packages include it. MLB says every 2026 World Series game airs on FOX and FOX Deportes, so these channels stay the same for the whole series.
Will there be a Game 5?
Game 4 is always played, because no team can win a best-of-seven series in fewer than four games. Game 5 is played unless one team wins each of the first four games. If the Rays or Brewers sweep, the series ends on Tuesday night and there's no Wednesday game.
That makes Game 4 a possible clincher only for a team that has won Games 1, 2 and 3, and Game 5 a possible clincher for a team that is up three games to one. Check the series standing after Game 3 on Monday night, October 26, before you set your Wednesday recording.

Rays vs. Brewers series preview
Milwaukee won a franchise-record 103 games and had the best record in the majors for a second straight season, according to MLB.com. The Brewers beat the San Diego Padres in four games in the NL Division Series, then swept the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NL Championship Series, with Jake Bauers named NLCS MVP. It's Milwaukee's second World Series and its first since 1982, when the Brewers lost to the St. Louis Cardinals in seven games.
Tampa Bay went 98-64, the best record in the American League. After a first-round bye, the Rays swept the New York Yankees in the ALDS and beat the Cleveland Guardians in six games in the ALCS, where Freddy Peralta was named MVP. This is the Rays' third World Series after 2008 and 2020. Neither franchise has won a title, so 2026 will crown a first-time champion. The teams met once in the regular season, March 30 to April 1, and the Brewers took two of three. For the full series, see our 2026 World Series on DIRECTV guide.
Tips for two straight nights of baseball
Games 4 and 5 are weeknight games with an 8 p.m. ET start, so they'll run late on the East Coast. Set a series recording from GUIDE, and add extra time at the end, since postseason games often run long and a recording that stops on schedule can miss the final outs.
If someone else in the house wants a different channel, DIRECTV's Build Your Own Multiview can show up to four eligible channels on one screen on supported devices. Check on game night whether your FOX station is available in Multiview. Rays fans in the area can also compare DIRECTV near Tampa.
