How to Watch Nocturne on Apple TV

By American TV editorial team |

Lonely white farmhouse in rural Pennsylvania at night with one lit upstairs window, a bare porch bulb, leafless trees, fog over a frosted field and an empty pickup truck on a gravel drive under moonlight, no people, no text, no logos

Nocturne premieres globally on Apple TV on Friday, October 30, 2026, with two episodes. New episodes follow on Fridays through December 25. Use the Apple TV app or web player with an account that has an eligible Apple TV subscription.

For more programs on the service, see Apple TV shows for October and our Slow Horses Season 6 guide.

Premiere and episode schedule

Apple’s official premiere announcement confirms the two-episode October 30 launch and weekly Friday releases afterwards. It describes a ten-episode crime drama. The announcement does not establish one release hour for every region, so check the episode listing in the account and country where you will watch.

What the drama is about

Liev Schreiber plays Jonah Lynn, a homicide detective whose move to a small Pennsylvania town is disrupted by a dangerous serial killer. Stephen Graham plays Jurek Walter, while Zazie Beetz plays FBI agent Saga Bauer. Apple describes the series as based on Lars Kepler’s crime novels.

Apple TV subscription and viewing

Apple’s October 20 announcement lists Apple TV at $14.99 per month and a seven-day trial for new subscribers. Confirm the current checkout price, eligibility and renewal terms before subscribing. Existing subscriptions and qualifying bundles may already provide access; verify the account before paying again.

An Apple TV app installation, an Apple device or a DIRECTV subscription does not by itself establish that this program is included. Open the exact title and select an included playback option. A trailer or reminder before launch does not mean full episodes are already available.
