What channel is Kraken vs. Panthers on DIRECTV?
Which option you use depends on where you live. This is a regional, team-window game, not a national ESPN, TNT or NHL Network night.
| Where you live | How to watch | DIRECTV notes |
|---|---|---|
| Kraken territory (Washington, Oregon, Alaska) | Prime Video and KONG | KONG is a Seattle-area broadcast station; look for it in your DIRECTV local channels where carried. Prime Video is a separate app on DIRECTV Gemini. |
| Panthers territory (South Florida) | Scripps Sports on The Spot South Florida; LAFF in Southwest Florida | These are local broadcast stations, so they show up in DIRECTV local channels where the station is carried at your address |
| Everywhere else in the U.S. | NHL Center Ice feeds | Satellite add-on, channels 770–787, where offered this season and not blacked out |
Both teams’ local TV partners are broadcast stations, not regional sports networks, so you don’t need a CHOICE-level RSN for this game. What matters is whether DIRECTV carries the station in your local lineup. Search KONG or The Spot in the on-screen guide, and see how to add or remove local channels on DIRECTV if your locals aren’t showing. You can also call 1-855-690-9884 and we’ll confirm what your ZIP code gets.
How Kraken fans watch on Prime Video
Prime members in Washington, Oregon and Alaska can stream this game on Prime Video at no extra cost. Amazon’s Kraken schedule lists Saturday’s game at 6 p.m. ET (3 p.m. PT). A Prime membership is separate from your DIRECTV bill.

How Panthers fans watch on Scripps Sports
Scripps Sports carries 69 of Florida’s 84 regular-season games in 2026-27. Panthers games air mainly on The Spot South Florida 39 (formerly WSFL 39) in Broward and Miami-Dade and on The Spot South Florida 9 in West Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast. In Southwest Florida, games air on LAFF.
- DIRECTV local channels: tune to The Spot or LAFF in your Miami, West Palm Beach or Fort Myers local lineup where DIRECTV carries the station, or search the guide for “Panthers.”
- Panthers Plus: all locally produced Panthers games also stream on PanthersPlus.TV, a separate subscription from the team.
- Broadcast team: Steve Goldstein (play-by-play), Randy Moller (analyst) and Katie Engleson (rinkside).
How to watch Kraken vs. Panthers out of market
Outside both teams’ home territories, NHL Center Ice on DIRECTV satellite is the usual out-of-market path when the game is offered and not blacked out. Our weekly NHL table points to Center Ice channels 770–787 for this game. Out-of-market streaming packages, such as ESPN+’s NHL games, may also carry it where blackout rules allow. Center Ice doesn’t override local rights, so Seattle-area fans use Prime Video or KONG and South Florida fans use Scripps Sports. We aren’t listing a Center Ice price here. Check your DIRECTV account or order screen for the current offer.
