What is Black Doves Season 2 about?
Helen is still passing her nation's secrets to the Black Doves, the covert organization she works for. After the events of last Christmas, her husband Wallace (Andrew Buchan) is preparing to become prime minister, which puts her in a more dangerous spot than ever. When her handler, Mrs. Reed (Sarah Lancashire), is caught in a plot to undermine her place in the Black Doves, Helen reunites with Sam, who has gone from high-end assassin to lonely drinks in Soho bars and low-rate jobs.
Creator Joe Barton told Netflix that Helen is now "literally the spy at the heart of government," just as Reed goes missing and leaves her without her professional ally. Julian Farino and Kieron Hawkes direct the new season.
Who is in the Black Doves Season 2 cast?
