How to Watch Unholy Night on Shudder

Snowy house on Christmas Eve night with its front door ajar and gifts scattered in the snow

Unholy Night is scheduled to premiere on Shudder on December 4, 2026. AMC/Shudder’s official November–December calendar confirms the date. Search the exact film in the Shudder account and region where you plan to watch.

For more horror options, see our horror movie guide and related Shudder viewing guide. A subscription to the linear AMC channel is a different product from Shudder.

What is Unholy Night about?

A Christmas horror story in which Gino’s family celebration turns into a fight for survival after dead relatives return. AMC identifies it as a Shudder Original Film. Its separate Joe Bob Christmas special is also scheduled for December 4; the film and that special are different listings.

Where to watch when it releases

Use Shudder’s app or website, or check the title within an eligible AMC+ subscription that includes Shudder. If you subscribe through a TV provider or another app store, confirm which app carries your entitlement. Signing into a standalone app with an unrelated provider login may not activate it.

A trailer, watchlist button or search result before December 4 does not mean the complete film is already available. The calendar does not specify a universal release hour, so this guide does not promise a midnight drop in every time zone.

Watching through DIRECTV equipment

Check whether the account has the required app or add-on and whether the intended receiver or streaming device supports it. Our Gemini guide explains the device. The AMC channel guide covers the separate linear channel; a channel number alone does not establish access to this Shudder premiere.

Before buying another subscription

  1. Confirm the exact title and release date in the service.
  2. Check whether an existing subscription or bundle already includes it.
  3. Review the current total price and renewal terms.
  4. Test playback on the television or device you intend to use.

Catalogs and rights can differ by country. Check the listing’s language, captions and content advisory before watching. This guide omits unverified runtime, nationwide channel and subscription-price claims.
