What is Hallowarrior about?
Hallowarrior follows Pumpkin (Milly Shapiro), the last girl on earth and sole survivor of a humanity-ending plague, scavenging the wasteland for supplies on the eve of Halloween. Her lonely holiday ritual is interrupted by a savage gang of raiders led by Thalia (Shannyn Sossamon). Outnumbered and armed with candy, wit and weapons, Pumpkin must fight back to survive the night. Ben Sottak wrote and directed the film — his feature debut. Ajani Russell and A.J. Bowen also appear. Shudder acquired North America, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand rights after the film’s Tribeca Festival world premiere.
