Players can pledge loyalty to a new don, so whoever holds power has to keep the family in line or risk being overthrown.
The show comes from Studio Lambert, the company behind The Traitors, and Primal Media, part of the STV Studios group. Studio Lambert described the backdrop as "the stunning Tuscan landscape." Hulu released the first trailer on October 14.
