What is The Death of Robin Hood about?
Hugh Jackman plays an aged Robin Hood who is gravely injured after a battle and finds a chance at salvation with a mysterious woman, Sister Brigid (Jodie Comer). The story leans darker and more reflective than a classic swashbuckler, with Bill Skarsgård, Murray Bartlett and Noah Jupe among the supporting cast. Michael Sarnoski (Pig, A Quiet Place: Day One) wrote and directed for A24. The roughly two-hour runtime and R rating make it an adults-first movie night pick.
