Fool Night is scheduled for Netflix on November 26, 2026. Search the full title in the Netflix app and check its availability for your country and account. The subscription’s current terms and title listing control access.

Release and story

Fool Night adapts Kasumi Yasuda’s manga into a dark science-fiction anime. In a world of prolonged darkness and scarce oxygen, a procedure turning people into plants has become part of society. Toshiro Kamiya’s circumstances draw him toward that unsettling system.

The Netflix Media Center identifies the production as a collaboration between SUNRISE and SHAFT. The November 26 worldwide premiere has been announced alongside the trailer. Its animated format does not establish that it is intended for young children; check the current rating and content information before viewing.

How to watch

Open Netflix on a supported device or in a supported web browser.
Sign in to the account that carries your subscription.
Search the complete title, then open the matching title page.
Check the season or release part, content rating and available languages.
Choose the available episode or film when it releases in your region.

Before the release, the page may show a reminder or trailer rather than a playback option. A title appearing in search does not mean every announced episode is already available. Check the account’s local listing again on the release date.

Subscription and bundle checks

Compare the current plan price and included features at checkout. Do not assume an old trial, promotion or bundle still applies. If Netflix is billed through a TV or mobile provider, confirm that activation is complete before opening a second paid account.

Netflix is a streaming service rather than a numbered DIRECTV channel. A television’s Netflix button opens the app but does not establish subscription access. Check our Netflix and DIRECTV bundle guide for questions to ask about eligible offers.

Before viewing

Test sign-in and playback on the television or device you intend to use. Check the profile’s viewing restrictions if a title is missing. If a release is unavailable in your country, follow the service’s own listing rather than assuming an overseas schedule applies.

The release listing supports the date above. Information was reviewed October 27, 2026; release schedules and service terms can change.
