Our guides to what channel CBS is in your area and getting CBS on DIRECTV have more.
If you removed local channels from your satellite package, add them back in your DIRECTV account a day or two before Sunday so the guide has time to update. See our guide to adding local channels on DIRECTV.

Will Broncos vs. Cardinals be on TV in my area?
Broncos at Cardinals is CBS's only game at 4:05 p.m. ET. FOX has this week's doubleheader, with Packers at Lions and Rams at Raiders at 4:25 p.m. ET, so each CBS station shows one Sunday-afternoon game: either one of CBS's four 1 p.m. games or Broncos-Cardinals. The Denver and Phoenix markets will get this one. CBS hadn't published its Week 7 coverage assignments as of October 15, and the league finalizes them during game week, so check your local listings later in the week.
If it isn't on CBS near you, NFL Sunday Ticket is the way to watch live at home. It's sold through YouTube and YouTube TV, not to DIRECTV homes. Read more about getting NFL Sunday Ticket without YouTube TV and why NFL Sunday Ticket is no longer on DIRECTV. DIRECTV homes can also follow every Sunday-afternoon game on NFL RedZone, channel 211.

Broncos vs. Cardinals storylines
- A rare trip to Glendale: this is Denver's fourth regular-season visit to State Farm Stadium and its first since 2018, according to the stadium. The Broncos won that 2018 Thursday night game 45-10.
- A one-sided series: Denver is 10-1-1 all-time against Arizona and has won the last three meetings, per the Broncos. The most recent was a 24-15 Broncos win in Denver in December 2022.
- Payton calling plays: head coach Sean Payton took over play-calling before the Chargers game, and Denver scored the final 13 points to win 23-17, with Wil Lutz kicking the go-ahead field goal. The Broncos won without cornerbacks Pat Surtain II and Riley Moss. Our Broncos vs. Chargers guide covers that game.
- Cardinals reset at receiver: Arizona traded Marvin Harrison Jr. to Houston on October 12 for 2027 second- and seventh-round picks, sending a 2027 sixth-rounder along with him. Harrison had 108 catches, 1,578 yards and 13 touchdowns in 33 games with the Cardinals. Tight end Trey McBride leads the team with 42 catches.
- Brissett under center: Jacoby Brissett threw for 292 yards and three touchdowns against Detroit, but Arizona fell behind 24-7 at halftime. See our Lions vs. Cardinals guide for that game and the Cardinals vs. Rams guide for Week 6.
- Pass rushers on both sides: the stadium's game page highlights two of the NFL's 2025 sack leaders, Denver's Nik Bonitto (14) and Arizona's Josh Sweat (12). Zach Allen leads the Broncos with four sacks this season.
- Roof decision: State Farm Stadium decides on game day whether the retractable roof will be open or closed.
- What's next: the Broncos host the Chiefs on CBS on Sunday, November 1, at 4:25 p.m. ET, and the Cardinals visit the Cowboys on FOX that day at 1 p.m. ET.
