Press Guide and look for your FOX station's call letters, or search "49ers" or "Seahawks." Our guide to what channel FOX is in your area can help.
If you dropped local channels from your package, add them back before Sunday, since the guide can take time to update. See how to add or remove local channels on DIRECTV.

FOX has the doubleheader in Week 5, with two games at 4:25 p.m. ET: 49ers at Seahawks and Lions at Cardinals.
