Why Is History Channel Not Working For YouTube TV?

YouTube TV doesn't offer the History Channel due to the absence of an agreement with A&E, the channel's owner. However, there are two alternative solutions, with the latter potentially being more attractive. The first option is to utilize the free History Channel app available for Android or iOS. This is beneficial if you are paying for a cable TV subscription that includes the History Channel. While the free version doesn't support offline video downloads, it provides a vast library and streams the live TV channel. The second, possibly more enticing for YouTube TV subscribers who've abandoned traditional cable, is the premium version named “History” priced at $4.99/month. Compatible with Apple devices, Amazon Fire, Roku, web browsers, Chromecast, and Android, this version doesn't stream the live TV channel but does offer a vast collection of top-tier military and historical documentaries, along with original shows.
