Sling TV costs $19.99 a month for Sling Select or Sling Essentials, $34.99 for Essentials and Select together, $45.99 for Sling Orange or Sling Blue, and $60.99 for Orange and Blue combined. Those are Sling’s prices on sling.com as of October 12, 2026. The cheapest way to get ESPN is now Sling Essentials at $19.99, and the cheapest way to get FOX News, FS1 and NFL Network is Sling Select at the same price.

Local channels are the main thing Sling skips. ABC, FOX and NBC are offered only in select markets on Blue and Select, and Sling no longer sells its Day and Week Passes. Below is a plan-by-plan price table, the add-on costs, and how Sling’s price compares with other live TV options.

What changed in 2026

  • Sling Essentials launched in April 2026 at $19.99 with ESPN and ESPN2, the lowest Sling price for ESPN.
  • Passes are gone. Sling says its Day, Weekend and Week Passes are no longer available, so short-term viewing now means a monthly plan you cancel.
  • Select is the budget news-and-sports plan at $19.99, with FOX News, FS1 and NFL Network.

How Sling’s price compares

Sling is the cheapest major live TV service if you can live without some local channels. YouTube TV’s main plan is $82.99/mo as of October 2026 and includes local networks. For a fuller comparison of lineups, see our DIRECTV vs Sling TV guide and our review of whether Sling TV is worth it. If local channels are a must, an antenna can fill the gap on Sling, or a DIRECTV package includes them.

Internet you need for Sling

Sling streams over your home internet, so every simultaneous stream adds load. Blue and Select allow three streams and the combo plans four. Our guide to good internet speeds for streaming shows how much speed each TV needs. Need faster home internet for streaming? Call 1-855-690-9884 to check plans at your address.

Canceling

Sling has no long-term contract. You can cancel on sling.com, but fees are charged a month in advance and Sling does not refund partial months. Our guide on how to cancel Sling TV walks through it.
