By American TV editorial team |
Looking for a Halloween binge after Crystal Lake? Three earlier Peacock Originals to consider before October 31 are: Hysteria!, John Carpenter's Suburban Screams and Teacup. Each has one available season. These are existing series, not new October 2026 premieres; availability can change.
For horror movies, see our list of movies to stream on Peacock this spooky season. If you also have HBO Max, its Horror Comes Home collection is another good stop.

Hysteria!
Set in a small Michigan town in the 1980s, Hysteria! follows a group of high schoolers who start a heavy metal band and lean into rumors that they worship the devil, just as a real panic grips the town. Bruce Campbell co-stars. It mixes jokes with genuine scares, so it works for a group watch.
John Carpenter's Suburban Screams
The Halloween director produces and introduces this docuseries about real people who say evil showed up in their quiet neighborhoods. The six episodes cover a ghost summoned at a party, a killer who terrorized his hometown, a "Bunny Man" legend, a cursed house and a years-long phone stalker. Each one uses interviews and reenactments.
Teacup
Yvonne Strahovski stars in this series about families on neighboring rural Georgia farms who are cut off from the world when something strange arrives. The animals act oddly, the phones and power die, and a missing boy is the key. Episodes are short, and Peacock streams it in 4K HDR.
