F1 Channel
The F1 Channel is Formula 1's official free streaming channel. It runs year-round coverage of Formula 1, Formula 2 and Formula 3, with Grand Prix weekend programming, full race replays, technical breakdowns and documentaries. The live events listed for the channel are F1 Academy races.
The channel's description doesn't include live Formula 1 Grand Prix races. Our guide to watching F1 on Apple TV covers where U.S. fans can stream the races themselves.
MotoGP Channel
The MotoGP Channel streams live MotoGP practice and qualifying sessions, along with live Moto2 and Moto3 races. Between race weekends, it fills the schedule with classic races, documentaries, rider profiles and original programming from MotoGP's archives. C15 Studio first launched the channel in the U.S. in August 2025.
DP World Tour
The DP World Tour channel is the official streaming home of the men's professional tour run by the European Tour group. The tour covers 45 tournaments in 20 countries, and the channel carries tournament highlights, feature stories, player profiles, classic events and coverage of the season-long Race to Dubai. It also streams live Featured Group coverage from select Rolex Series tournaments. For more golf on regular TV, see Golf Channel on DIRECTV.
Yahoo! Sports Network
Yahoo! Sports Network is a 24/7 channel built around sports news, expert analysis and fantasy strategy, with original programming about the NFL, NBA, MLB, college sports and combat sports. It also carries live Indoor Football League games. The channel launched in August 2025 as a joint effort from Yahoo Sports and C15 Studio.

Who is C15 Studio?
C15 Studio builds and distributes free sports channels in partnership with leagues and rights holders. The company was founded in 2023, launched its first channels in 2024, and also distributes its channels through Fubo, LG Channels, Prime Video, The Roku Channel and Samsung TV Plus, according to DIRECTV.
Kent Rees, general manager of MyFree DIRECTV, said C15 Studio's lineup gives sports fans "a free ticket into the broader DIRECTV sports experience." MyFree DIRECTV has added channels several times since launch, including news and sports channels from Disney and three more channels in October 2025.
Free channels vs. a DIRECTV package
The new channels are a good free option for racing and golf fans, but they don't replace the networks that carry most live U.S. sports. ESPN, FS1, NFL Network, Golf Channel and regional sports networks still come through paid DIRECTV packages. The DIRECTV package channel comparison shows which channels come with each tier.
