West Texas Rural Telephone Coop (WTRT) is a locally owned and operated company, established in 1980, focused on providing reliable, affordable, and dependable connectivity options to its rural customers in West Texas. WTRT was initially created to serve Pecos County, Texas, but has since then expanded its service area to cover parts of Brewster, Culberson, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Andrews, Reagan, and Terrell counties.
