Project Mutual Telephone Cooperative Association

The Mutual Telephone Cooperative Association (MTCA) was founded in 1978 as a non-profit cooperative by local telephone companies joining forces to provide their customers with more reliable and higher-quality telephone service. Currently, MTCA serves over 300 communities across the central Texas region with internet, telephone, and digital television services.
MTCA's internet services are reliable and fast, with speeds ranging from 10 Mbps to 40 Mbps depending on the plan chosen. MTCA also offers reliable customer service with 24-hour technical support and customer service help lines. Customer service representatives are available to address customer questions or issues seven days a week.
MTCA offers various payment plans and packages to meet all budget needs. Internet, telephone, and television packages are available with discounted prices when multiple services are ordered together.
