Mud Lake Telephone Cooperative (MLTC) is a member-owned, non-profit internet and telecommunication cooperative founded in 1949 in the Oyster River region of British Columbia, Canada. MLTC provides telecommunication services to homes, offices, small businesses and farms in rural British Columbia.
MLTC’s coverage area includes approximately 30,000 square kilometers, stretching from the Sunshine Coast in the west to north of Likely, BC in the east and up to Masset and Port Clements in the Queen Charlotte Islands in the north. MLTC provides high-speed internet services through copper and fiber networks with speeds up to 300 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload.
MLTC’s operations are powered by reliable fiber and copper networks supported with battery and generator backup in case of power outages. MLTC provides excellent customer service, with 24-hour technical support and access to remote diagnostic tools. The cooperative also provides various plans with flexible data caps and no overage fees.
