Mid-Plains Rural Telephone Cooperative (MPRTC) is a cable and internet service provider that was established in 1952 and is located in both North Dakota and South Dakota. They provide broadband television, telephone, and internet services to over 20,000 members throughout 16 counties in both states.
MPRTC offers reliable and affordable internet services to their members. They have several options for speeds, ranging from their “Lite” plan with a download speed of 5 Mbps all the way to their “Pure Fiber” option with speeds up to 1 Gbps. Along with their reliable internet services, MPRTC also offers 24/7 customer service and generous customer support.
In regards to their coverage area, MPRTC services 16 counties in the states of North Dakota and South Dakota. These counties are Bowman, Burke, Corson, Dewey, Hettinger, Grant, McPherson, Mountrail, Perkins, Sheridan, Sioux and Ziebach counties in North Dakota and Lawton, Meade, Perkins, and Stanley counties in South Dakota.
