Fail was an internet service provider that was founded in 2013 and predominantly served suburbs in the southeastern United States. They offered a more affordable alternative to traditional ISPs, and their services included low-cost home internet plans and two business plans.
In terms of coverage, Fail offered internet connections in thirteen cities in five states: Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, and Virginia. They also provided coverage to some additional rural and suburban areas.
Fail promised good reliability and speeds, as well as customer service that was available twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. However, many customers experienced long wait times and frequent outages, as well as customer service issues.
