DirectLink Cooperative (DLC) is an internet provider and cooperative based in Minnesota that serves Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Founded in 1996, the company provides internet service to rural and underserved areas. DirectLink currently offers residential, business, and wholesale services all backed by 24/7 customer service and technical support.
Residential customers can choose from three plans: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze package offers download speeds of up to 5Mbps and upload speeds of up to 1Mbps. The Silver package offers download speeds of up to 15Mbps and upload speeds of up to 5Mbps. The Gold package offers download speeds of up to 25Mbps and upload speeds of up to 10Mbps.
DirectLink also provides business plans, including speeds of up to 50Mbps down and 10Mbps up. Business users also get unlimited data, priority support, and managed static IPs.
