Game preview: UCLA vs. Oregon
- UCLA's fast start: Bob Chesney is the first UCLA coach to open his tenure 4-0 since Red Sanders in 1949. The Bruins beat Purdue 52-38 and then won 54-3 at Maryland, their first back-to-back 50-point games since 1993.
- Running game: UCLA has 18 rushing touchdowns through four games, second-most in program history at this point of a season. Wayne Knight has run for a touchdown in all four games, and quarterback Nico Iamaleava hit Aidan Mizell for an 83-yard score against Maryland.
