How to Watch Tatort: Eisner Season 2 on MHz Choice
By American TV editorial team |
Tatort: Eisner Season 2 premieres Tuesday, December 15, 2026, on MHz Choice. MHz Choice lists nine episodes for the new season, and each one is a feature-length case. It hasn't said yet whether they all arrive at once, so check the show's page in the app on premiere day.
For other international drama, see Das Boot Season 3 and our specialty streaming services guide.
Season 1, also nine feature-length cases, is streaming on MHz Choice now, so there's time to catch up first. The Austrian series is in German with English subtitles, and MHz Choice rates it TV-14.
What Tatort: Eisner is about
Season 1 took Eisner from a burning car near Vienna to a murder at a passion play in Tyrol, a killing in a remote village and the death of a young organist in Carinthia. The episodes come from Tatort, the long-running German-language crime franchise, and Austria's ORF produces the Eisner films.
The announced date is the MHz Choice premiere. It should not be confused with the original overseas broadcast date or a DIRECTV channel premiere. Confirm the season label inside the app, since distributors can group international episodes differently.
