NASCAR lists a separate Countdown Live program at 4 p.m. Eastern before the 5 p.m. race. When setting a reminder or recording, choose the championship race itself. Practice, qualifying, pre-race coverage and replays are separate guide entries.
Locate your CW station on DIRECTV
The CW is carried through local stations, so this guide does not assign one nationwide DIRECTV channel number. Search your actual account's guide for the November 7 race and confirm the station, start time and ability to watch.
Local-station availability depends on location, delivery service and the current lineup. A CW station in another market does not establish access at your address. See our guide to CW station additions for background, then verify the current service-address listing.
Check ESPN Unlimited separately
NASCAR names ESPN Unlimited as a streaming route for the race. Confirm the event entry and entitlement in the account you intend to use. Do not assume that every ESPN-branded subscription, app sign-in or television package supplies the same access.
Before buying another subscription, review your existing account or bundle. Check the current recurring charges, supported devices and cancellation method. This page quotes no streaming price or free trial and promises no universal plan inclusion.
Recording and time-zone checks
If you plan to record the television broadcast, select the actual race and confirm it appears in your scheduled recordings. Review any option to extend the recording because a live race can run beyond its guide slot. Features and storage vary by equipment and plan.
The time above is Eastern. Compare it with the local guide, especially when traveling, and check again before Saturday for any schedule change. No fixed on-demand or replay window is promised.
Watch the championship weekend
The Truck Series championship guide covers Friday's separate FS1 race. The two races have different network assignments; receiving one network does not establish access to the other.
For live-TV package help, compare DIRECTV at your address or call American TV at 1-855-690-9884. Confirm the full address, current channels, equipment and account eligibility.
