Over-the-Air antennas use a coaxial cable to connect to a TV or a converter box.
For TVs manufactured after 2009: Connect the coaxial cable from your OTA antenna to the port labeled 'Antenna/Cable' or 'Ant In' on the back of your TV. Ensure that you position your antenna in a spot that faces the local broadcast towers, which you can determine by searching for their coordinates online.
For older TVs: Your TV was built to intercept analog signals only but chances are you’re already using a converter box to pick up digital signals on the set. Digital converter boxes, and some VCRs or DVDs, will have a cable port to plug in the Antenna. You can also look for the VHF/UHF input on the side or back of your TV. The antenna uses a coaxial cable. Secure it.
Go to your settings and scan for Over the Air or Broadcast channels, not cable channels. You should then be able to pick up one of the channels carrying this week’s game.
