What it is about
Wembley becomes Spirit Captain in this musical holiday special from The Jim Henson Company. His effort to spread cheer goes wrong after the Fraggles take a treasured snow globe from Doc’s workshop. Returning it becomes a lesson in generosity and helping others.
Apple lists the special as TV-G. John Tartaglia directs, and the familiar Fraggle performers include Karen Prell, Donna Kimball and Jordan Lockhart. This is a new holiday special; searching for the complete subtitle helps distinguish it from earlier Fraggle Rock holiday episodes.
How to watch at home
- Open Apple TV on a supported television, streaming device, phone, tablet or web browser.
- Sign in with the Apple Account that has the subscription or eligible bundle.
- Search for the full title and check the availability shown for your country.
- On the release date, open the title page and choose the available playback option.
Before starting a new subscription, check the current price, trial eligibility, billing method and renewal date on the checkout screen. Offers can depend on the account and region. A previous trial or a subscription billed through another provider may affect the options shown.
Watching alongside DIRECTV
This is an Apple streaming release, so a DIRECTV channel number is not the viewing route. Check whether you already pay for Apple TV separately or through an eligible bundle before subscribing again. Use the Apple TV app on a compatible device; availability of an app on a television does not establish that your current TV package includes its paid content.
Apple’s official announcement supplies the release information above. Check the title listing near release for any availability changes. If playback fails, confirm the signed-in account, subscription status and internet connection before purchasing another subscription.
