How to watch Carrie with DIRECTV
Carrie streams only on Prime Video, so it won't show up as a channel in your DIRECTV guide. You need an Amazon account that includes Prime Video, which is a separate subscription from DIRECTV.
- DIRECTV Gemini device: Prime Video comes preloaded. Open your apps, launch Prime Video and sign in with your Amazon account (or sign up on the device). Learn more about the DIRECTV Gemini device.
- Older DIRECTV receivers: Genie and other satellite receivers don't run the Prime Video app, so use a smart TV, a streaming stick or a game console on the same TV.
- Phones, tablets and computers: use the Prime Video app or watch in a web browser.
Amazon Prime costs $14.99 a month or $139 a year in the U.S. and includes Prime Video. If you're thinking about a trial just for this, read whether the Prime Video free trial is really free first.

What is Carrie about?
Carrie White has spent her life hidden away at home with her fiercely protective mother, Margaret. Over eight episodes, the series builds toward a single, shattering night.
It's the first series adaptation of King's 1974 debut novel. Brian De Palma's Oscar-nominated film version turns 50 this year.
