Are the MLB awards on DIRECTV?
Yes. ESPN is DIRECTV channel 206 and MLB Network is channel 213. MLB Network isn't in every package, so check your lineup. Eligible subscribers can also watch through the DIRECTV app when the channel is included in their package.
What's new this year
The BBWAA is introducing its own Relief Pitcher of the Year honors in 2026, announced with the Cy Young winners on November 11. Those are separate from MLB's established Mariano Rivera and Trevor Hoffman Reliever of the Year awards, which are part of the later MLB Awards show.
