American maintains one of the largest service departments
in the mid west. We provide manufacturer authorized repairs on over 125
brands of product, regardless of where the product was purchased. Over 250
employees provide our customers with repair services on Appliances, Camcorders,
Cameras, Computers, Furniture, Home & Car Stereo Equipment and Televisions. Electrical engineers and over 20 shop technicians, with an average
tenure of 8 years, provide the technical expertise our customers require.
In-Home Repair Service
Unlike most retailers, American maintains its own In-house
Service Department. For larger products (i.e., Furniture, Appliances and
TVs), American maintains a fleet of over 80 vehicles providing service
in the customers home. Work orders are reviewed in advance by senior technical
staff to insure high levels of completions on our first trip to the customer's
home.
