Repair Times represent the average number of days a product is at American's repair center. Times represented do not include time for transporting product from our stores to our service center, or shipping time if product is sent to us via UPS. Generally you can expect 3 to 4 business days to be added to the repair times for such transportation or shipping. Note that manufacturer delays in providing needed parts may result in a slower repair process.

The following repair times represent the average number of days it takes us to arrive at your home once you have requested service. NEXT DAY SERVICE may also be available. Actual repair time results vary depending on market conditions and seasonal issues. Upon arrival, 70%-80% of units are repaired on the initial visit. Of the calls that require a second visit, most are completed within one week after the initial visit. This is very dependant upon the manufacturer's ability to provide us with the required parts.

Note:While American maintains an extensive inventory of parts to repair products, in some cases repair times can be delayed based upon how quickly the manufacturer provides the parts needed.
