To Arrange Carry In Service On Home & Car Audio, CamCorders Computers, Microwaves, Televisions and VCRs
Please drop off your product at your nearest American store, or, if you would like to ship your product to us, please call 608-271-1001 for directions. If you plan to drop your product off at one of our stores, note that our hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM and from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Sundays. Remember that we are also happy to help you with the repair of products not purchased from American as well (in or out of warranty).
