    • Yes. American's Service Technicians will still provide repair and installation services on appliances and electronics for our customers during the Liquidation sale. To schedule an in-home service appointment, call your local American store.
  • After American is closed, how can I obtain service on a Performance Guarantee, Guardsman, or Bedgear warranty that is still active?
    • If a Performance Guarantee was purchased before 10/1/08, please contact 800-626-2224 for service.
    • If a Performance Guarantee was purchased from 10/1/08 to 9/30/13 please contact 866-442-3182 for service.
    • If a Performance Guarantee was purchased on 10/1/13 or later please contact 866-563-2828 for service.

    • No, we are no longer accepting any in-store payments on the American Credit Card.
  • Can I still purchase items through American TV’s online store?
    • No, we are not offering online sales during the Liquidation sale.
  • Will American price-match any previously purchased merchandise under the 30-Day Price Match Guarantee?
    • No.  Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to Going Out of Business sales.
